1. Nature of Work
Website development, landing page setup, pixel integration, and ad setup are service-based technical tasks. These require time, planning, designing, and execution. Therefore, once work has started, refunds are not possible.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Website development (full or partial)
- Domain/Hosting purchase (registered under clientβs name, non-refundable)
- Landing page setup
- Facebook Pixel/Conversion API setup
- Ad account setup
- Campaign structure setup
- Creative research and audience research
- Any technical task already completed
Note: If work has even started by 10%, no refund will be issued.
3. When Refund is Possible
Refunds are only possible if:
- Work has not yet started
- Due to technical reasons (agency-side issue), the project could not be initiated
Beyond these conditions, no refund is eligible.
4. Client Backs Out or Changes Mind
No refund will be issued if the client:
- Withdraws during the project
- Changes their mind
- Alters business plans or budget
- Causes delays
- Fails to provide required information
5. Threatening / Misbehaviour Policy (Zero Tolerance)
Strictly unacceptable actions include:
- Threats or pressure
- Abuse or misbehaviour
- False allegations
- Social media threats
- Police/case/complaint intimidation
- βRefund or elseβ¦β type warnings
In such cases, services will be immediately terminated, no refund will be issued, no further support will be provided, and the entire chat may be submitted as proof to legal authorities if required.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Website content
- Product details
- Media files (images/videos)
- Branding guidelines
- Timely payment
- Accurate business information
If the client delays, provides incomplete data, or fails to cooperate, the agency will not be held responsible for project delays/issues, and no refund will be issued.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved professionally via WhatsApp/Email. Forceful refund demands, threats, or pressure tactics are strictly against company policy.
